Privacy Policy

Last updated August 13, 2026. Short version: LexGrid doesn't have accounts, doesn't run a signup form, and doesn't set tracking cookies of its own. Here's the actual detail.

Who operates this site

LexGrid is operated by Max Romano (sole proprietor), based in the United States. There is no other way to reach us yet beyond what's published on this site — a dedicated contact page is on the roadmap.

What we collect

As of this policy's last-updated date, LexGrid has no user accounts, no login, no email signup form, and no on-site payment processing — every purchase happens on the vendor's own site after you click through. We don't currently run any analytics, ad-tracking, or cookie-based tracking script of our own on this site. That means, practically, we don't collect names, emails, or browsing behavior through anything we've built.

This will very likely change as the site grows — if we add analytics, an email list, or any other data collection, this page will be updated first, with an updated "last updated" date above, before that feature goes live.

What Cloudflare collects

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare, as our infrastructure provider, processes standard server-level data for every visitor — IP address, browser/device information, and request logs — to serve the site and protect it from abuse (e.g. bot traffic, DDoS). We don't have a separate analytics dashboard built on top of this; it's infrastructure-level logging, not something LexGrid actively reviews per visitor. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for how they handle it.

Outbound affiliate links

LexGrid earns commissions when you click through to a software vendor (Clio, MyCase, PandaDoc, and others) and sign up — see our Affiliate Disclosure for the full explanation. Once you leave LexGrid and land on a vendor's site, you're subject to their privacy policy, not ours. We don't receive your personal information from that vendor when you sign up with them — we only get told, by the affiliate network, that a referral converted, for commission-tracking purposes.

Children's privacy

LexGrid is a B2B software-comparison resource aimed at attorneys and law firms evaluating purchases. It is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If what LexGrid collects changes — a signup form, an analytics tool, anything — this page gets updated first, with a new "last updated" date, before that feature ships.
